Accelerators

Specialty chemicals used in rubber compounding to speed up the vulcanization process. They help improve efficiency, reduce curing time, and enhance the overall strength, elasticity, and durability of rubber products.

MBT (M)

A common accelerator used in natural and synthetic rubber. It helps improve curing, provides good processing safety, and is suitable for products like tires, hoses, and general rubber goods.

ZMBT (MZ)

An accelerator used in natural and synthetic rubber. It offers good heat resistance and aging properties, making it suitable for latex products, rubber goods, and general industrial applications.

TBBS (NS/NZ)

A delayed-action accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides good processing safety, fast curing, and is commonly used in tires, belts, and other industrial rubber products.

DCBS (DZ)

A slow but safe accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It offers good scorch resistance, stable curing, and is widely used in making tires, belts, and heavy-duty rubber products.

TMTM (TS)

A fast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides quick curing, good processing safety, and is often used in rubber goods, cables, and latex products.

TETD (TET)

A secondary accelerator and sulfur donor used in natural and synthetic rubber. It improves curing efficiency, provides good heat resistance, and is suitable for molded and industrial rubber products.

TBzTD

A safer secondary accelerator used in natural and synthetic rubber. It helps in fast curing, offers good heat resistance, and is commonly used in molded and general rubber products.

ZDEC (EZ)

An ultra-fast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides quick curing at low temperatures and is widely used in latex products, rubber goods, and cables.

PX (ZEPC/ZnEPDC)

An ultra-fast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It gives very rapid curing at low temperatures and is mainly used in latex products, rubber gloves, and specialty rubber goods.

TDEC

A very fast accelerator and sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides efficient curing and is mainly used in latex products, gloves, and industrial rubber goods.

DPTU (CA)

A secondary accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It improves curing speed, provides good heat resistance, and is often used in tires, belts, and general rubber products.

​DPG (G)

A secondary accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It gives moderate curing speed, works well with thiazoles, and is widely used in tires, hoses, and industrial rubber goods.

HMT (H)

A secondary accelerator and crosslinking agent used in rubber compounding. It improves bonding strength, curing efficiency, and is often used in tires, belts, and molded rubber products.

MBTS (DM)

A medium-speed accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides good processing safety, stable curing, and is commonly used in tires, shoes, hoses, and general rubber goods.

CBS (CZ)

A fast, delayed-action accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It offers good processing safety, strong curing, and is widely used in tires, belts, and industrial rubber products.

NOBS (MOR/MBS)

A delayed-action accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides good scorch safety, fast curing, and is widely used in tires, hoses, belts, and molded rubber products.

TMTD (TT/TMT)

An ultra-fast accelerator and sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubber. It gives very quick curing, improves heat resistance, and is commonly used in latex, cables, and industrial rubber products.

DPTT (TRA)

An ultra-fast accelerator and sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubber. It gives very quick curing, improves heat resistance, and is commonly used in latex, cables, and industrial rubber products.

TiBTD (IBTD)

A sulfur donor and secondary accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides good heat resistance, aging stability, and is used in tires, belts, and general rubber products.

ZDMC (PZ)

An ultra-fast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides rapid curing at low temperatures and is widely used in latex products, gloves, and industrial rubber goods.

ZDBC (BZ)

An ultra-fast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It offers quick curing, good aging resistance, and is commonly used in latex products, gloves, and general rubber goods.

ZBEC

A safer ultra-fast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides rapid curing with low nitrosamine risk and is widely used in latex products, gloves, and specialty rubber goods.

ETU (Na-22)
A highly effective accelerator for polychloroprene rubber. It provides fast curing, excellent mechanical properties, and is commonly used in cables, hoses, seals, and molded rubber products.

DETU
An accelerator mainly used for polychloroprene rubber. It offers fast curing, good heat resistance, and is commonly applied in cables, hoses, and molded rubber goods.

DOTG
A secondary accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. It provides good processing safety, improves curing with thiazoles, and is often used in tires, hoses, and industrial rubber products.

NaMBT (SMBT)
A water-soluble accelerator mainly used in latex products. It provides fast curing, good stability, and is suitable for gloves, dipped goods, and other rubber applications.
